		<description>How true that in these economic times, solopreneurs and companies are looking for cost-effective means to getting their administrative, marekting, creative and technical needs fulfilled.

I just wanted to comment that when you are a virtual assistant, you are not &quot;employed&quot; or have an &quot;employer&quot;. You are the owner of your business and contract with clients in order to partner with them in the success of their business. 

Personally, I have always discouraged the use of resumes for virtual assistants. Once again, we are entrepreneurs, not employees. An online portfolio should fit the bill.
